i found breakfast included a good value, especially with the price paid. the hotel had a nice dining area, and the breakfast was lovely cooked. the staff are helpful and friendly, especially cleaning staff. the hotel is near cliff tops, great for a nice walk.
the hotel does get rather hot, and the fan in my room did have a layer of dust. it wasnt a big deal, but i did have to wipe it down a bit.

On-site car parking is available. There is a rate of six pounds per night or on street parking at two pounds per night. entertainment was provided most evenings and seemed good based on the crowd. the hotel features a lovely dining area.

the location is ideal for visiting the spa, especially attending events there. i could walk to the cliff tops near the hotel, it was a pleasant stroll. the hotel is in a nice area that is relatively quiet.

my room was spacious, it was also quiet through the night, something i valued a lot. the bed felt comfortable, so i enjoyed good sleep each night. i found the room was spotlessly clean upon my arrival.

The hotel features on-site parking at £6 overnight. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis! the breakfast included many choices. I thought that was value for money. the location is excellent, near the funicular for scarborough spa. a good hearty breakfast was provided each morning.
the shower room felt quite cold. but it was super clean.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble! the restaurant and bar staff were polite. i was impressed by how smoothly the restaurant team operated.
